Remove the entire tumour, or as much as possible of it. Reduce symptoms and improve quality of life by reducing intracranial pressure caused by cancer. Allow for internal chemotherapy or radiation implantation. Allow for intra-operative treatments such as hyper therapy or laser surgery.
